ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ongoing marketing of group programs via targeted e-mail/fax distributions to client database and listing of programs on industry web sites
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone and e-mail
- Handle client registration process from acknowledgment of booking, invoicing/confirmation through to collection of balance payments due
- Assist with electronic and physical preparation of client tour documentation package
- Provide support to the company Principal
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working with international travel (ideally groups)
- Detail and deadline orientated
- Thrive in a multi-tasking, fast paced, hands-on environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- TICO travel counsellor certification
- And…. A passion for travel and a pride in what you do !
